This podcast about mindfulness aims to guide the audience (students in Leeuwarden, especially ones who have not practiced mindfulness) to be more aware by helping them understand the principles of mindfulness and practicing it with guided meditation in every episode. In addition, the creator of the series are students, so that the target audience can resonate with the personal experience that the expert shares in the podcast.
