Down Memory Lane is a show where (international) students react to cultural music and childhood sentiments, from the Netherlands, but also international music. The goal is to make the participants and the viewers feel nostalgic when they see or listen to a song or movie from their childhood.

The fourth episode is about rap music from the 2010s, like Panda by Desiigner or Loyal by Chris Brown.

In the fifth episode, students react to songs that were big in the 90s, like songs by Nirvana, Celine Dion and TLC. Even though the participants did not grow up when these songs were popular, they still know it because they are still quite relevant today.

In the final episode, students react to songs from the 2010s. This is the music they grew up with, which makes this episode very nostalgic for them.
