Idiots Try

In this episode of Idiots Try you get to see how kickboxing can be a fun way to release stress. Our expert Charly is going to teach our idiot Nina the basics of kickboxing with a few twists involved. After warming up and teaching some techniques, our contestants will bring in the heat and fight it out in the ring. You want to find a way to let go of your frustrations or you just want to watch people fight each other? Well, then this episode is for you. 

Being able to play an instrument is a huge flex but how often do we tell ourselves that it is too late to start, and we will never be able to learn it? In this episode of Idiots Try you will see how our idiot Agata learns the basics of playing the harp with the help of our expert Jonas. After some basic instructions to the instrument, the Idiot learns to play parts of a song with a twist involved to not make it harder for her. In this episode of Idiots Try our idiot Synthia will show you that dancing is not about being perfect it’s about having fun and letting your freak out. This week’s expert Kyara is teaching our idiot some basic and some more intricate dance moves ending in a onetime only performance, including a twist of course. Moving to the Netherlands, it can feel difficult to become a full-on part of the Dutch community. The best way to get to know the Dutch culture starts with learning their language. In this episode of Idiots Try, our expert Anna is teaching our idiot Damiano the basics of the Dutch language while familiarising him with the Dutch culture. He will display his newly gained talents in two challenges that will show you how quickly you can learn. In case you are still doubting whether you should make the effort to learn Dutch, this episode will convince you that it’s worth giving it a try.  

Finding a sport that really meets your interests can be very hard. One sport that will get you out of your house, getting some fresh air, be part of a cool community and meet lots of new people is skateboarding.
